    We have re-automated our CZ ingot and wafer production and optimized the critical processes using process equipment from H2GEMINI. -Cz-Puller, Wafer Cleaning Lines and automation made by H2GEMINI Silicon Tech USA

  • 2. Next Generation Wafer Production

    With over 20 years of experience in mineralogy and quantum physics, we have redefined the processes for epitaxial wafers (gas-to-wafer process), developed and built process equipment, and successfully transitioned to pilot production.

  • 3. HJT Cell Production

    We have eliminated harmful, efficiency-limiting steps from HJT solar cell production and developed a novel PECVD system that overcomes these well-known limitations. The result: no contamination, no surface damage to sensitive layers, high throughput, and high equipment uptime.


    The second generation of the GEMINI‑CVD inline PECVD is already engineered for 230 × 115 mm wafers and tandem cell architectures.
